+ Commissioning Information +

= 絆之坊 is now officially accepting weapon and accessory commissions. Please read carefully the ordering procedures, price, payment details and disclaimers before placing your orders. Thank you! :) =

- Weapon commissions are available for LOCAL (SINGAPORE) and INTERNATIONAL (OVERSEAS) orders.

- We also take commissions for costume breakdown.

- The production dateline set for each weapon and accessory commission is a standard of 1 month. For weapon commissions, each weapon is priced at a standard MINIMUM of S$200.

- If you are interested in commissioning a weapon or accessory with us, please email to guildofbonds@gmail.com with the following format:

1) Your name
2) Email address
3) Contact number
4) Character Name
5) Name of Weapon (if any)
6) Reference Pictures (as many as you can possibly manage as they will help us in the detail accuracy of your weapon or accessory).

- Materials for our weapons consists mainly of paper and craftfoam. Each weapon will be handpainted with mostly acrylics from the FolkArt or Daler Rowney range.

- Weapon commissions are on a first-come-first-serve basis.


+ Payment Information (LOCAL) +

- Collection of weapon or accessory to be done via meetup. Meetups are conducted only on weekends and in either city area or Serangoon MRT station.

- Payment for commissions is via cash-on-delivery (COD) only.

- 絆之坊 will NOT be responsible for any DAMAGED or MISSING items.

- All sales are final and non-refundable.


+ Payment Information (INTERNATIONAL) +

- We accept Paypal payment for our international customers.

-  Payment must be completed upon the completion of the commission or we reserve the rights to retain and list the commission as part of our personal portfolio.

- Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and/or custom charges that may be incurred.

- To ensure the safety of our items, for small accessories, we will have them bubble-wrapped first before mailing them out in bubble-wrapped envelopes for extra security. For longer props, we will also have them bubble-wrapped first before packing them in boxes suitable for their respective lengths.

- All prices are in Singapore dollars and they do not include shipping.

- All prices stated at the point of commissioning are final prices. Bargain requests will not be entertained.

---- Buying ----

- For local orders in Singapore, I do meetups and registered mail! Registered mail is FREE!

- For international orders, I only accept Paypal! Shipping fee is based on the quoted amount from the Post Office and the items are shipped with Registered Mail with Tracking Number.

- I'll issue you the tracking number once I post the package out from our post office! However do take note that we are not held responsible once the parcel leaves our hands!

- The shipping option for international orders will be, by default, REGISTERED SURFACE MAIL.

If you are to opt for other options, please let us know in advance as well. However, options other than surface mail will definitely cost more.

- Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and/or custom charges that may be incurred.

- All prices are in Singapore dollars and they do not include shipping.

- All prices stated here are final prices. Bargain requests will not be entertained.

---- Payment Methods ----

- Upon ordering the item, the buyer is required to conduct transaction within the same week of ordering. Unless for specific VALID reasons, Guild of Bonds reserves the rights to hold on to the items. Other requests will not be entertained.

- For local meetup orders, Guild of Bonds reserve the rights to set the time and place for transaction. Also, if a confirmation for a transaction meetup is not received within 2 weeks from the time the items are ordered, the products will be automatically released into the market once more.

- For local postal orders, Guild of Bonds will stick to a 24 hours payment period for all bank transfers. If payment is not received by then, we reserve the rights to automatically put the products back on sale.

- Guild of Bonds will not be responsible for any damaged or missing products.

For International orders, please give a considerable allowance period for the package to reach you because we can't control how your post office works. Apologies about that. Also, once we mail them off from our post office, we no longer have the items on our hands. If you require insurance, do let us know in advance as well.

- Items will NOT be marked as "SOLD" until payment is made. Likewise, items will NOT BE SHIPPED until payment is made.

- All sales are final and non-refundable.
